Phoenix Renewable Technologies is a part of the Phoenix Group, together with Phoenix Gas Services. It is a Microgeneration Certification Scheme (MCS) accredited company that is committed to working with premium brand manufactures, in order to achieve efficient design, specification, installation and maintenance of various renewable energy technologies including:

 

  • Solar PV
  • Solar Thermal Hot Water 
  • Air Source Heat Pumps
  • Ground Source Heat pumps
  • Micro CHP
  • Furthermore the company offers a variety of energy efficient solutions for the changing needs of the home energy market, such as Energy Performance Certificates and Landlord Gas Safety.

    The installers and administrators are all fully trained and accredited to provide reliable customer focused service. The excellent standard of service delivery is certified by the Renewable Energy Assurance Listed (REAL) Assurance Scheme and attested by constant positive reviews from the existing clients.

     

     

    Apprenticeships

    As part of ongoing commitment to promoting sustainable development, the company provides a work-based training programme for apprentices that is designed to provide the latter with ‘on the job’ training that augments the formal training received from a local college or a specialist learning provider. The apprentices receive maintenance from the company during the period of engagement.

    The Realise Foundation is a unique regeneration charity created to unleash the full potential of people and communities across North Staffordshire.

    The Realise Foundation are a member of the Aspire Group - a business with a social ethos, whose goal is creating prosperous communities. The Group recognises that investing in people and communities is just as important as building homes. The Group consists of the Realise Foundation, Aspire Housing (a local housing association) and PM Traininbg (a social enterprise).

    Since the launch of the charity in 2010, almost £100,000 has been raised through fundraising activity alone and this has helped the charity to:

    • Support over 530 individuals in the space of 18 months
    • 85 Apprentices have begun placements with grants from Realise
    • 64 Local Companies have received apprentices as a result of Realise Grants
    • 28 Students have received bursary awards
    • 180 Apprentices have received a basic toolkit
    • 26 Environmental initiatives have been completed throughout Newcastle-under-Lyme and Stoke-on-Trent.
